About

If you are someone who feels like the world wasn’t built with you in mind. Maybe you or your child struggle with focus, organization, or emotional regulation due to ADHD or ASD. Perhaps trauma, anxiety, or depression have left you feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed. You may have tried to manage these challenges on your own but need support from someone who truly understands. You want relief. You want to feel understood and equipped with real strategies that work. You’re looking for a therapist who sees beyond the labels—someone who can help you navigate your emotions, relationships, and daily challenges with clarity and confidence. With 15+ years as a therapist, I specialize in working with individuals and families facing ADHD, ASD, trauma/PTSD, depression, and anxiety. I have worked across outpatient community mental health settings and intensive outpatient hospital-based programs as a clinician, supervisor, and director, so I understand the complexities of the mental health system and the real-world struggles my clients face. I also have extensive experience working with first responders, veterans, and their families, providing specialized support for the unique challenges they encounter. I offer a compassionate, tailored approach to therapy that helps you or your loved one build resilience, develop coping strategies, and feel more in control of life. Whether you need help managing executive functioning challenges, healing from past trauma, or improving emotional regulation, I provide a supportive space where real change happens. I know how difficult it can be to reach out for help, but you don’t have to do this alone. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to make meaningful progress. If you’re ready to take that first step, I invite you to reach out and explore how we can work together toward healing and growth.
